Name: Al Mahbubul Alam Rony

Work area: Project Management – Technology

Spectrum Engineering Consortium Limited (Bangladesh) was my first real job where I worked more than 5 years playing role from Software engineer to Project Manager serving over 60 clients all over Bangladesh targeting FMCG, MNC and Telco which are sectors where I feel comfortable and confident.

Since December 2010 when I joined GPIT, I very much like the working environment in terms of technological aspects and futuristic thinking. Gym, Pool, TT and free hand workout place gives you a hideout from your stressful situation or when you need to refresh your mind. Open office environment gives you a freedom to sit anywhere you like. North East, North West, South East, South West doesn’t matter where you are you are always connected with communicator, web cam and people with different skill sets to help you out to meet your goal.

I have been with GPIT, the largest IT company of Bangladesh, since its commencement back in April, 2010. It has been a great pleasure to be a part of this vibrant, young, dynamic and professional company. The growth of this company is remarkable. Within a very short while we created a strong footprint in local markets as well as in global markets too.

The most appreciable part of this company is its culture, the togetherness. Here everyone is equally involved in achieving the goals of the company. We treat this environment is more as our second home than office place. Another best part of this company is freedom to work and ensure growth of every employee. Whoever likes to play with technologies, this is right place for them. I have the freedom to learn new technologies as well as can take participate in many cross-functional trainings also which may help in my future career.

In a single line, I must say that this is the best place to work where the company and the people have the opportunity to grow together.
